The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.
The Digital & Process Performance (DPP) function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
We are looking for a Project Manager, reporting to our Head of Strategic Planning, focusing on our ERP rollout.
Key Responsibilities

Project leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver the digital projects, including but not limited to ERP rollouts (data migration, integrations, testing, and post-implementation support) on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing resources, risks, and issues.

Stakeholder management: Engage business, cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring effective communication, collection of business requirements, buy-in, and alignment with business goals.

Change management/user training: Develop and implement strategies for user training, adoption, and smooth organizational transition to the new ERP system.

Performance and Delivery: Monitor project progress, control costs, address challenges, and ensure ERP success through continuous improvement and feedback.
Education/Experience required:

Bachelor's degree in IT, business or related field

4+ years of project management experience and knowledge

Experience with ERP platforms; e.g. Oracle (preferred), SAP, Workday

Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects

Strong understanding of business and project management methodologies

Excellent leadership skills
