Meaningful Work From Day One

The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Project Manager leads multiple medium- to large-scale, cross-functional projects that support Brown-Forman’s strategic objectives. Using EPMO methodology, this role manages projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and successful execution across business and technology teams.

What You Can Expect

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple medium to large-scale enterprise, product, and operational projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Maintain required project documentation, including charters, risks, issues, action items, decisions, and status updates within the project management system.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish and maintain alignment on project scope, objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Provide clear and timely project communications, including weekly project updates and monthly leadership reporting.
• Oversee project activities and resources to ensure delivery meets established scope, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with business leaders to promote EPMO methodology and ensure consistent, high-quality project execution.
• Support the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working throughout project deployment.
• Provide guidance and training on EPMO methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and Brown-Forman compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Partner with Business Management Teams to measure project success and capture lessons learned.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and project management practices.
• Continuously build knowledge of Brown-Forman’s project management methodology, technical capabilities, and culture.
• Coach and support project team members in the consistent application of EPMO methodologies to improve project quality and execution.
• Be a key partner in the continued evolution of Wrike, supporting platform adoption, configuration, governance, reporting, and process improvements to enable effective portfolio and project management across the enterprise.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or 8+ years of equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading medium to large-scale enterprise projects.
• 3+ years of experience using project management systems, tools, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Ability to successfully deliver results in ambiguous, agile, and evolving environments.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate outcomes, build consensus, and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Experience developing detailed project plans and key project management artifacts, including project charters.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive decision-making and issue resolution across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and participate in project activities across multiple time zones.
