Project Manager - Enterprise Operations (Memphis, TN or Remote in USA)
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project Manager – Enterprise Operations to lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives that align with and advance our business objectives. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects and events—from planning and estimating to execution and implementation—while ensuring adherence to organizational standards and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead all aspects of enterprise-wide projects and events that support strategic business goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, charters, risk assessments, issue logs, and status reports.
- Manage project budgets, analyze cost and schedule variances, and report earned value.
- Facilitate large, complex meetings with executive presence and clear outcomes.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Provide leadership in a matrixed environment, resolving conflicts and delegating effectively.
- Influence organizational learning by sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with project documentation and reporting standards.
- Maintain systematic work processes and strong organizational practices.
- Utilize tools such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and other documentation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise project or event management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with complex system implementations and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
