Main tasks would be:
- Driving multiple projects from end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting defined scope objectives.
- Independently understanding clients’ needs and business priorities to plan and recommend the appropriate XM methodology
- Coordinate and facilitate internal resources and project teams for the flawless execution of projects
- Collaborating with product managers and technical teams to align project scope with strategic goals.
- Defining project roadmaps, technical milestones, and identifying process improvements.

Your profile as an important player in our dedicated team:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management role, preferably related to technology or software development.
- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Professional experience in customer experience, customer feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards is desirable.
- Experience with Medallia MEC and Qualtrics XM is preferred.
- Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn
- Very good understanding of processes, precise analytical work, communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong focus on solutions.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zoho and/or MS Project is beneficial.
- Very good English language skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products.
