Manage, coordinate, and provide leadership to a wide variety of projects for affiliate operations to support moderately complex administrative and operational support activities. Supervise day-to-day projects and activities in accordance with specified guidelines to ensure quality and/or quantity goals are met. Identify, coordinate and implement projects and/or programs to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of operations. Implement programs to support regional operations efforts including areas of affiliate performance such as quality, HCC, utilization, performance improvement, and cost control for affiliate products. Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Business Administration or closely related field
- Epic certified in Prelude and Cadence.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
- 3 years of Epic administration experience with front office.
- 3 years of experience in training in adult learning theory, instructional design, or workforce development.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience managing training, education, or change initiatives.
