What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA study management across multiple client projects
Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables for internal teams
Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archives in compliance with regulatory standards
Manage study timelines, budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
Identify and mitigate study risks, proactively escalating issues and driving resolution
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration to meet contractual obligations
Oversee equipment distribution and tracking to ensure timely study execution
Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking documentation
Present study services at investigator meetings and support client discussions alongside Business Development and Operations teams
Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members as needed
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field
1–4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or related industry
Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on responsiveness and customer service
Ability to identify risks and drive proactive problem resolution
Valid passport and willingness to travel up to 20% as required
