Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead large scale enterprise implementation projects that can include multiple products, often introducing new technology/software to our customers. Partner with customer IT and clinical stakeholders to drive timely execution of the projects, working in parallel with customer success for smooth clinical adoption of the product, ensuring customers can realize ROI of the applications as quickly as possible.
- Writing project schedules for assigned projects, which include clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities.
- Develop and manage projects within time and financial budget.
- Managing client expectations of product and services.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicating all the requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with clients, GEHC staff and management.
- Maintaining alignment between the project team and external resources.
- Providing leadership and direction for clients and GEHC personnel responsible for the project, primarily EHL Installers.
- Managing revenue associated with client projects in myProjects (Salesforce).
- Acting as an effective team leader for all matrixed staff.
- Creating project status reports for all assigned clients.
- Adopting a proactive approach to identify risks to project success and create and maintain a project risk log; develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible.
- Document and drive project issues to successful completion.
- Maintaining accurate list of client projects with status.
- Identify, propose and/or participate in development of process improvements for the Healthcare Project Management and Shared Services teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of project management or commercial operations experience, or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/GED and 10 years progressive experience in project management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
- Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities
- Proven project management experience in complex environments
- Ability to monitor and manage critical path elements of consolidated projects
- Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments

Desired Characteristics
- Familiarity with clinical informatics or imaging informatics concepts
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, including: Active Directory, User/group permissions, Service accounts
- Understanding of hospital IT/networking standards, including: VLANs, firewalls, ports, and proxies, VPN or secure remote access
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy requirements in healthcare environments (HIPAA, PHI handling)
- Experience with DICOM, HL7, and/or RIS/PACS integrations
- Understanding of data flows between modalities, PACS, RIS, and analytics platforms
- Ability to coordinate integration with customer IT, PACS admins, and third-party vendors
