About the Position

Dexis Professional Services seeks a Project Manager to support implementation of an anticipated U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Office of Information Technology (OIT) Enterprise IT Operations Services program. 

The position will be based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and is contingent upon award. 

This program will support delivery of integrated enterprise IT operations services across multiple task areas, including program management, IT service management (ITSM), service desk and deskside support, infrastructure and cloud operations, network operations, IT asset management, and engineering services. The Project Manager will serve as the Contractor’s single point of contact responsible for overall contract execution, performance, and coordination with the Government. 

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Contractor’s single point of contact responsible for overall contract execution, performance, and coordination with the Government 
  • Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) 
  • Represent the Contractor in meetings with the Government and other stakeholders 
  • Manage staffing and resource allocation across all task areas to ensure effective and efficient service delivery 
  • Oversee deliverables and ensure quality, completeness, and timeliness in accordance with contract requirements 
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including performance, reporting, and regulatory obligations 
  • Develop, maintain, and update the Program Management Plan (PMP) 
  • Chair internal governance meetings, including but not limited to Enterprise Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB) 
  • Coordinate execution across all functional areas, including ITSM, infrastructure, network operations, service desk, and engineering services 
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting contract performance 
  • Ensure alignment of staffing, processes, and deliverables with Government priorities and service level expectations 
Qualifications 
  • Minimum 12 years of experience managing federal IT programs or enterprise IT operations contracts 
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a primary interface with Government stakeholders, including CORs and COs 
  • Experience managing staffing, resource allocation, and multi-disciplinary teams 
  • Experience overseeing contract deliverables and ensuring quality and compliance 
  • Experience developing and managing program management plans and governance processes 
  • Experience operating within federal IT and regulatory environments 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required 
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
