What you'll do:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps and engineering programs. Confirm priorities, rebalance capacity, review demand vs supply, retire low value work, align quarterly objectives.

  • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery.

  • Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to drive alignment and execution.

  • Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency.

  • Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous delivery practices.

  • Monitor delivery health through metrics, dashboards, and executive status reporting.

  • Identify and remove delivery roadblocks while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies.

  • Champion continuous improvement by standardizing project management practices and enhancing delivery maturity.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 7- 11 years of Project or Program Management experience in software engineering organizations.

  • Prior hands-on software development experience with exposure to DevOps principles, agile/scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution &  hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft project plan, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud transformation initiatives.

  • Exposure to security and compliance programs, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe, or equivalent.

  • Experience working with distributed global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Travel Percentage: 20%
