The IT Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex and business‑critical IT projects within Global Blue. This role manages the full project lifecycle — planning, execution, delivery, and closure — ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
A key focus of this position will be to lead the migration or replacement of legacy back‑office systems (invoicing, accounting, transaction processing). While not mandatory, experience in similar transformation initiatives is highly appreciated and considered a strong advantage.
You will guide internal and external project teams, working in close partnership with project owners and stakeholders across Global Blue.

Skills
5+ years of experience delivering complex, business-critical IT projects.
Strong understanding of heterogeneous IT environments and software development processes.
Experience with system migration or replacement projects, ideally in back‑office domains (invoicing, accounting, transaction processing).
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
Ability to produce clear documentation and structured reporting.
Qualifications and education requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in multi‑division environments.
Experience working with system integrations, enterprise platforms, or financial/back‑office systems is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience with software delivery processes and cross‑functional teams.
Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
