Project Manager - Data Integration

As a Project Manager – Data Integration, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data integration projects. This team will work closely with data engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Your future role within QRT

• Lead and oversee data integration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve project roadblocks.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, project metrics, and risk assessments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with global teams, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Continuously optimize project management processes for efficiency and scalability.

Your present skillset

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in software project management, preferably in data integration or financial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working with global teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Familiarity with financial markets and trading systems is a plus.
