Project Manager – Cybersecurity

Our team partners closely with clients across industries to deliver pragmatic, high-impact security and compliance solutions with a service-first mindset.

We are growing our Project Management Office and seeking a cybersecurity-focused Project Manager to lead client engagements, drive execution excellence, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across RSI’s security services.

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity and risk management projects. This role serves as the operational backbone of client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with security frameworks, client expectations, and RSI methodologies.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Advisory, and Consulting teams while acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity and risk management projects
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with internal teams and clients
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets using established project management methodologies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with security best practices
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including:
  • PCI DSS
  • SOC 2
  • NIST
  • HIPAA / HITRUST
  • ISO 27001
• Identify project and security risks early and collaborate with technical teams on mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project status updates, timelines, and risk assessments to stakeholders
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong client experience

• 3–5+ years of project management experience
• Cybersecurity or Information Security experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Mavenlink, Monday, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to travel within the United States (non-negotiable)
• Must be U.S.-based
