About the role:

As the Project Manager – Creative Solutions, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of client Innovate special builds on billboards, tram stops and bus shelters and Dynamic (data-led) campaigns across digital panels.

The Creative & Digital Solutions team delivers a pre-defined product offering to market to support the generation of media revenues, with a focus on providing exceptional client experience and effective campaign solutions to ultimately grow advertiser commitment with JCDecaux.

           

A Day in the Life:

Whilst there’s no typical day in the dynamic world of media, you can expect your role to involve the following:

  • Delivering multiple complex Innovate and Dynamic projects simultaneously – on time, on brief, on budget
  • Coordination of clients, third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Developing clear SOWs – including budgets, timelines and deliverables – for client kick-off meetings, to ensure clarity and alignment from the outset.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to attain quotes for projects
  • Create and maintain detailed budgets to ensure accuracy
  • Develop in-depth technical understanding of the JCDecaux assets used for special builds and their capabilities.
  • Attend client meetings, alongside Sales, to present the team’s product offering and scope.
  • Oversee the output of the Production Administrator on your projects, i.e. arranging courier deliveries, photography, social media posts and campaign reporting.
  • Flagging production / quality issues with the wider team to agree and implement solutions to maintain project quality and client satisfaction.
  • Reviewing artwork submitted by clients to ensure compliance with supplied guidelines and adherence to specifications to avoid production delays or print issues.
  • Occasional visits to live campaigns to ensure quality and troubleshoot where required

 

About You:

You’ll be someone with a demonstrated background in production or project management, gained ideally within a creative, advertising or marketing environment. Experience with print production and specifications will also stand you in good stead. A strong communicator with the ability to multitask. As well as:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good project management skills; time-managing, prioritisation and multitasking effectively
  • Capability in Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Adobe Suite experience desirable
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Skills Required
