Summary Generated by Built In

We are looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant/Project Manager to act as a strategic partner and collaborator with our C-level team. This role is designed for a "force multiplier", someone who can seamlessly blend high-level executive support with Project Management.

If you are a process-oriented professional who thrives on keeping things organized, are excellent at closing loops, and ensuring no project milestone is missed, you’ll fit right in. We need someone proactive, tech-savvy, and ready to navigate high-level operations in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary gatekeeper for incoming calls and emails, filtering priorities and gathering critical data from stakeholders to keep workflows moving.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle the "gears" of the executive office - from complex document management and filing to coordinating signatures and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client and business information while demonstrating professionalism.
  • Communicate with clients regarding questions, updates, and relevant matters related to their cases.

Project Management & Operations

  • Project Oversight: Own the lifecycle of internal projects, tracking milestones, managing deadlines, and ensuring team accountability from planning to execution.
  • Workflow Optimization: Constantly look for ways to streamline "how we work" within Google Workspace and our internal project tools.
  • Research & Organization: Conduct deep-dive research to support internal operations and strategic initiatives, presenting findings in organized, actionable formats.
