A leading Israeli software company specializing in SaaS-based Human Resources management solutions is looking for a Project Manager to join its Core Systems Development team.
Role Description
- Manage and track the progress of software development projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate and align activities across development, infrastructure, and implementation teams
- Support testing processes and production releases (go-live)
- Lead knowledge management and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Gather information and prepare responses for RFPs, tenders, and SOC audits
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and technical teams
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of software development environments
- 2-3 years experience leading processes and manage cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly independent working style
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and high-level organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation writing
- Experience working in software or SaaS environments – advantage
