Job Description

A detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our business development initiatives. This role will involve managing project documentation, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring effective client engagement. The Coordinator role supports the Client Engagement Managers in their day to day functions in support of execution of deploying various personnel to Life Science organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. This opportunity is within the EVERSANA Deployment Solutions business unit, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies to provide better, smarter, faster solutions for the industry.

  • Collaborate and provide project management support with the Client Engagement team to support and implement client execution plans.
  • Oversee onboarding activities, including Roster Management and Concur setup support.
  • Support cross-functional teams (e.g., CRM, Incentive Compensation, Data, Reporting) to establish project needs.
  • Document project development strategies and maintain clear communication among team members.
  • Utilize a systematic and repeatable approach to evaluate business opportunities, identifying and removing organizational barriers.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in operational execution.
  • Manage post-win documentation in Salesforce for all business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Client Engagement team to support and implement client execution plans.
  • Monitor project activities, risks, and issues to ensure timely progress and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Participate in status review meetings and formal project reviews for all clients
  • Work directly with the Client Engagement team and SMEs to drive issues to resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management with recommended mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure administrative needs are met and manage interdependencies with other projects.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and modeling inclusive behaviors.
  • Proactively manage bias in team interactions and decision-making processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to the evolving needs of the department.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a client services, operational management, or account manager role.
  • Leverage knowledge of Life Sciences commercial operations team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: BA/BS degree or 5+ years of equivalent/relevant experience.
  • Excellent oral/written presentation skills as well as interpersonal skills with the flexibility in dealing with different personality types.
  • Strong customer service and account management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fundamental understanding and application of project management principles and skills.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. Salary range for this position is $67,500 - $80,000 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
