We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Operation Department as Project Manager (Cooling Implementation). Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end‑to‑end project management for chiller replacement works, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Responsible for effective project management including but not limited to carrying out feasibility studies, product trials, design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services of HVAC system for new chiller plant and retrofit projects
- Maintain and upkeep the best management practices of project execution and related work activities. Conduct regular review to strive for continuous improvement
- Prepare tender documents and work with procurement team for tendering
- Work closely with sales team to handle pre-sales and tender cost estimation
- Coordinate and motivate multi-functional task forces of engineers, sales team, innovation team and others for project execution, marketing and new products development
- Prepare budget forecast, control costs and manage schedule to achieve targeted profit and minimize project cost
- Report on project progress and financial performance in a timely manner
- Provide prompt feedback and market intelligence to other relevant teams
- Lead the application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for project planning, design coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Review, manage, and maintain BIM models (Revit / Navisworks) for clash detection, constructability review, and asset information accuracy.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards, client requirements, and asset handover specifications.
- Monitor the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) system to ensure all required standards are achieved and cultivate zero exposure safety culture
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Mechanical, Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with a minimum of 8 years’ working experience
- Extensive experience in chiller plant construction / replacement / system testing & commissioning and related maintenance service
- Proven knowledge and experience in statutory submission with Government bodies
- Hands on experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project , Navisworks and general project management tools is a must
- Good understanding in facility management, chiller plant operation, optimization and energy management
- Proven experience in project management and contractor management is required
- Good knowledge in safety, health, environmental and quality management
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for lower position
