YOUR ROLE

The Project Manager will support in content management to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of content for all digital touchpoints for the clients. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication qualities, organized, meticulous has a strong understanding of content adaptation/creation processes, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

(But are not limited to)

1) Assets & Timeline Management 

  • Support team in creation and submission of brief to Hub/Creatives for asset adaptation and copy translation/copywriting deployment (incl. clear and specific visual & copy direction based on requirement, if any).
  • Coordinate the delivery of all content assets/translation or copy output according to established timelines and project milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with Hub/Creatives and other stakeholders to provide update and track asset/translation deployment status and resolve any issues impacting delivery schedules.
  • Conduct regular reviews of asset quality to ensure the final output adheres to local market brief, nuances, best practices etc.
  • Regular housekeeping for storage of final assets output to workstream and stakeholders.

2) Client Management

  • Address client concerns and inquiries regarding Content specific and facilitate conversation to maintain a good working relationship.
  • Assist to facilitate Content output approval from the client to handover to the respective team for deployment and activation.
  • Liaise with clients for cost estimate (CE) approval before asset adaptation/translation deployment from agency (CE will be generated by Hub/Mother Tongue etc).
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed on the records of client communications and approvals related to asset adaptation/copy translation deployment for billing purposes.

3) Content Strategy Development and Asset Mapping

  • Work closely with Content Managers & Strategy team to develop comprehensive content strategies tailored to each market that is aligned with the brand.
  • Map out content assets (including campaign messaging, imagery, video etc) based on Global Playbook & Content Overview, HQ assets to create a standardized visual/content communication for each digital touch point (Paid Media, Organic Social, CRM, Web etc).

4) Continuous Improvement

  • Support team lead on process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall assets delivery outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the client’s brand guidelines, vehicle model specifications and common best practices in respective to content/visual communication from local market level.

5) Others

  • Collaborate and consult with internal team & external (clients) and stakeholders from different work streams (OneWeb/Personalisation, Content Studio, Media, CRM and more) to ensure the delivery of first-class campaigns for the clients.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required in accordance to the scope of work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, Marketing, Public Relations and related field.
  • Proficient in collaboration and communication tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Teams, emails etc).
  • Familiarity with different digital & social media platforms.
  • Ability to research current social media and digital media content specific trends.
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience of 2+ years as a project manager, account manager with a focus on content management, project/timeline management or related areas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain good client relationship and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong understanding of content creation and delivery processes, including conception, copywriting, design, and asset/content distribution across various channels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Project) and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
