Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong functional and technical foundation in Supply Chain Execution, particularly in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience leading Blue Yonder (BY) TMS/WMS implementations are highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with a "figure-it-out" mindset.
Scope:
- Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders is critical to success in this role. This position is responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale, multi-stream implementation programs for strategic manufacturing clients.
- The Senior Project Manager will lead geographically distributed teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful project execution, governance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
What You'll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Supply Chain Execution implementation programs involving TMS or WMS solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams across global locations.
- Establish strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project governance, escalations, and delivery oversight.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges proactively, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while implementing recovery plans when necessary.
- Leverage functional and technical expertise to guide solution delivery and ensure alignment with customer business objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among customer teams, solution architects, technical consultants, integration teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and travel expense management.
- Monitor project health through governance forums, status reporting, and executive steering committee meetings.
- Promote a consultative approach to identify opportunities for additional value creation and business growth within existing customer engagements.
- Mentor and coach project team members, leveraging individual strengths to maximize delivery effectiveness and team performance.
- Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative project execution.
What we are looking for:
- 10 to 14 yrs years of experience managing complex Supply Chain Execution projects, specifically Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex, cloud-based enterprise software implementation projects.
- Prior experience working as a Functional Consultant, Technical Consultant, Solution Lead, Test Lead or similar role for enterprise supply chain applications.
- Experience leading enterprise integration projects involving APIs, middleware platforms, integration architecture, and data exchange methodologies.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Execution processes, transportation planning, warehouse operations, logistics execution, and order fulfilment
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile project management methodologies, sprint planning, and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and optimize team capabilities to ensure successful project delivery.
