The PM/Recruiter position is a hybrid role combining participant recruitment and end‑to‑end project management for qualitative research studies. This remote position is essential to ensuring a seamless experience for clients, participants, and internal teams. The Research Manager oversees multiple concurrent studies, from kickoff through delivery, balancing strategic project oversight with hands‑on recruiting execution.
The role requires availability during U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours and exceptional English communication skills, including clear pronunciation and comprehension, due to frequent interaction with U.S.‑based clients and participants.
RequirementsKEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Client Experience
- Independently manage 10+ qualitative market research projects at a time, ensuring all phases—from study setup to fielding to closeout—are executed on time and to specification.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client objectives, while offering strategic recommendations and expectation management.
- Coordinate all project deliverables, including kickoff participation, recruitment updates, schedule sheets, consent/RPAs, and technology logistics.
- Work collaboratively across internal teams (project setup, recruitment/scheduling, tech logistics) to ensure aligned workflows and smooth execution.
- Maintain alignment with organizational goals such as client satisfaction, timely closeout, and operational efficiency.
- Use internal and client systems throughout the project lifecycle (e.g., SAMS, PMTool, Qualtrics, Salesforce, survey tools, messaging platforms).
Participant Recruitment & Study Execution
- Recruit for 10+ qualitative studies simultaneously, meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and timelines.
- Screen, schedule, and prepare appropriate participants for research studies, ensuring a professional, positive study experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach, participant status, scheduling, and study progress using internal tools.
- Provide timely, clear communication to participants and researchers, ensuring expectations and logistics are fully understood.
- Monitor recruitment progress proactively, identifying potential roadblocks early and managing solutions through completion.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful recruitment and fielding across all ongoing projects.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as project requirements evolve, whether due to internal needs or client direction.
- Respond quickly to unexpected issues, troubleshooting and escalating appropriately to maintain project continuity.
- Communicate frequently and comprehensively with relevant parties to ensure full visibility into project status and risks.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- Prior experience in participant recruitment, customer service, research coordination, or a similar field is preferred.
· Experience in qualitative market research, project management, participant recruitment, or related fields.
· Prior experience managing clients, research coordination, or digital recruitment processes preferred.
