Marsh is seeking candidates to join our Claims Transformation Team as a Project Manager.
You will support the European Claims Transformation portfolio, working closely with senior leaders across the organization to help develop and execute plans that analyze and standardize processes, drive change and technology implementation, and improve operational capabilities, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will coordinate project activities, support team communication, assist with planning and scheduling, manage project documentation and reporting, and contribute to data-driven analysis and metric tracking that supports key operational and strategic initiatives.
We will count on you to:
Lead meetings with cross-functional teams and communicate progress, outcomes, and risks clearly to stakeholders
Coordinate project activities across business experts, key sponsors, IT delivery teams, and external vendors
Manage project planning, scheduling, documentation, and periodic reporting with high quality and accuracy
Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
Support change initiatives by preparing training materials, facilitating training sessions, and assisting with UAT and system testing
What you need to have:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or project delivery, ideally in a technology consultancy firm or highly structured organization
Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field
Proficient English
Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
