The opportunity
As Project Manager reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will take on a high-visibility role with a diverse scope of responsibilities, from creating impactful presentations and briefings to driving clear and effective communications. While you will lead some strategic initiatives end-to-end, a core part of your focus will be on supporting or monitoring a variety of projects and key topics of interest to the CEO. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring these priorities move forward, while full project management for complex or large-scale initiatives will be handled by dedicated project managers. How you’ll make an impact
- Develop, review, and contribute to impactful presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Drive and monitor key priorities within the CEO Office, provide regular executive reports, and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Conduct research on specific topics, and prepare or review briefing materials with touch points with multiple stakeholders defined case by case
- Support and monitor a variety of cross-functional projects, or lead some strategic initiatives end-to-end, aligned with the company’s transformation objectives
- Prepare communications for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform business analyses and develop or contribute to business cases
Your background
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a degree in Engineering or Energy is equally welcome if paired with strong project management or corporate experience
- 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Finance, Project Management (certification preferred) or Communications
- Experience in the energy industry or affinity for engineering/technology are strong assets
- Experience in working in a multinational environment with senior stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, including Copilot and digital collaboration tools
- Knowledge of project management and business intelligence tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German or additional languages is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Discretion, flexibility, and a proactive service-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team player with high energy and a hands-on attitude
- Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
