As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with customers, superintendents, field employees, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership teams to help deliver successful commercial construction projects.
Coordinating commercial construction projects from startup through completion
Assisting with project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation
Communicating with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
Monitoring project budgets, job costs, and financial performance
Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and project documents
Coordinating material procurement and deliveries
Participating in jobsite visits and project meetings
Helping resolve project challenges and scheduling conflicts
Maintaining project documentation and reporting
Supporting strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Skills Required
