Project Manager - ORTB
About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager with 5–6 years of experience to drive publisher-side projects within the ORTB team. The role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder management, and understanding of publisher monetization, programmatic advertising, and cross-functional execution.
The ideal candidate will work on Supply Expansion & align closely with Publisher Success, Ad Operations, Product, Tech, and Business teams to ensure seamless project delivery and operational excellence, in addition to driving individual supply acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive supply expansion through individual efforts and alignment with account / sales management team.
- Manage end-to-end execution of publisher-side projects & revenue within the ORTB team.
- Collaborate with Publisher Success, Product, Engineering, and Ad Operations team for project execution.
- Work closely with publishers to understand requirements and ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and risks across multiple initiatives.
- Drive publisher integrations, implementation projects, and operational workflows.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication and execution.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and performance updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Publisher Acquisition / Operations, Ad Operations, or Programmatic ecosystem roles.
- Understanding of publisher monetization models and programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- Experience working with publisher-side stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience managing concurrent tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with JIRA would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Skills Required
