About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a passion for learning, a kind heart, a positive attitude, and a great sense of humor to join our growing team.

As part of the Business Operations team, the Project Manager will be a key player on an incredible team as we execute our mission. This role holds primary responsibility for internal change management initiatives, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to lead ClearGov through critical transformation projects. You will regularly collaborate with leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure organizational alignment and seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Internal Change & Transformation: Own end-to-end project management for vital internal change initiatives, guiding the organization through major systems changes and workflow optimization projects.
  • Drive Strategic Evaluations: Oversee critical systems evaluations and cross-functional technology rollouts to upgrade ClearGov's internal tech stack.
  • Spearhead AI Transformations: Identify, evaluate, and manage the implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance internal productivity and data efficiency across various business units.
  • Manage M&A Integrations: Project-manage corporate development and M&A integration projects, ensuring standard operational procedures and cultures align seamlessly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, build alignment, map dependencies, and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Executive-Level Reporting: Utilize formal project management frameworks to build, maintain, and share critical project artifacts—including Stakeholder Matrices, Project Timelines, Dependency Maps, Risk Logs, and RACI matrices—to provide clear visibility to the executive leadership team.
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • SaaS Industry Expertise: Strong background working within a fast-paced software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model.
  • AI Implementation Experience: Practical experience managing AI transformation initiatives, automated workflows, or implementing AI tools within a business environment.
  • Project Management Credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred, or active enrollment in an accredited PMP certification course with a clear path to completion.
  • Framework Rigor: Demonstrated expertise utilizing formal project management methodologies to structure highly organized, repeatable processes for corporate-wide initiatives.
  • Change Management Mastery: Strong understanding of change management frameworks with a demonstrated ability to transition teams smoothly through technical and operational shifts.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving: Highly organized with exceptional capabilities in juggling multiple high-priority corporate projects simultaneously.

Compensation:
  • In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 CAD and exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring beyond the base range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

Skills Required
