About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Business Excellence & Digital Transformation) to lead strategic projects that strengthen the organisation's operational excellence, governance, and digital capabilities.
In this role, you will lead the organisation's ISO and SIFMA accreditation programmes, drive digital transformation initiatives, and support the Company's research and innovation agenda through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts. Working closely with the COO and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and delivering strategic initiatives that support the Company's long-term business objectives.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the end-to-end management of ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 41001 and 22301) and SIFMA Gold/Gold Plus accreditation programmes, including audit readiness, certification, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive digital transformation projects from planning and business case development through implementation, change management, and post-implementation review to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Support the Company's research and innovation initiatives by conducting research, evaluating emerging technologies and industry best practices, and coordinating pilot projects and implementation activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, certification bodies, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, accreditation readiness, and organisational alignment.
Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and documentation to support compliance, business excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor project progress, accreditation status, budgets, risks, and key milestones, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing business processes, strengthening governance and internal controls, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness.
We’re Looking For Someone Who’s
Holds a Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, Quality Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Has at least 5 years of experience managing strategic projects involving business excellence, ISO accreditation, digital transformation, process improvement, or organisational change.
Strong knowledge of ISO Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 41001 and ISO 22301). Experience supporting SIFMA accreditation will be an advantage.
Experienced in leading cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects from planning through implementation and change management.
Commercially minded, analytical, and passionate about driving innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
An effective communicator who is organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
