We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager Business Development to act as the right hand of our Managing Director. This role is designed for a highly strategic and proactive professional who can drive critical growth projects, contribute to strategic planning, and help position Baoli EMEA for long-term success. This role provides significant visibility and exposure at the executive level, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
As Baoli EMEA operates within the larger KION Group, this position requires strong corporate navigation skills, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have experience from a leading consulting firm and bring a structured, results-driven approach to business development.

Your responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, translating business goals into actionable projects.
- Lead and manage critical business development initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and market expansion.
- Support strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with Baoli EMEA’s long-term objectives.
- Navigate and engage with corporate governance structures within the KION Group, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and corporate procedures.
- Analyze data, prepare high-quality presentations, and support executive decision-making with strong analytical insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams within KION.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess feasibility, and implement solutions to enhance Baoli’s competitive position.
- Support change management initiatives and drive organizational improvements.
- Prepare and present reports, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in business development, strategy, or consulting, ideally within a leading consulting firm.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results.
- Experience in corporate governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other business analysis tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
