Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to help drive the planning and execution of key initiatives across the company. This role will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects move forward efficiently, requirements are clearly defined, and communication remains transparent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or blockers, and help drive solutions.
• Facilitate project meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage and maintain Jira boards, ensuring accurate tracking and prioritization of tasks.
• Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders in English.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with Jira and Agile or comparable project management frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
