This is an opportunity for a strong construction professional to take ownership of projects from planning and bidding through completion and opening—and to have a direct impact on the success of our business.

As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with our construction, estimating, operations, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Own project schedules, budgets, timelines, and critical path activities

  • Partner with Project Superintendents to plan and coordinate project execution

  • Manage subcontractor bidding, proposals, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships

  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and project documentation

  • Review project financials and monitor costs to ensure projects remain on budget

  • Coordinate material procurement and prioritize work based on project timelines

  • Work closely with estimating and construction teams on cost estimates, take-offs, and project planning

  • Communicate project status, financial performance, risks, and schedules to senior leadership

  • Build strong relationships with town officials, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners

  • Coordinate construction, design, and project openings with our Operations team

  • Lead project closeout and ensure all project requirements are completed

  • Keep the entire project team focused, accountable, and moving toward the critical path

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is more than a project manager—you’re a leader, problem solver, communicator, and owner of the outcome.

The ideal teammate will have:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • The confidence to make thoughtful, informed decisions in real time

  • The ability to hold others accountable while building positive working relationships

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A proactive, self-directed approach and strong attention to detail

  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to doing the right thing

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software

  • Experience with tools such as Procore, Timberline, SureTrak, or Microsoft Project
