LabCorp is seeking a Project Manager I to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Responsibilities 

  • Act as the primary client advocate within the Bioanalytical organization 
  • Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external clients 
  • Capture, clarify and provide visibility to client expectations 
  • Deliver clear, timely, and concise updates to clients 
  • Provide accurate data and insights to support capacity planning and resource forecasting 
  • Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of project-related issues 
  • Support contract review, project budgeting, and financial reconciliation 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, etc.) with 3 or more years experience in a CRO, Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment 
  • 1 year or more working with internal or external clients 

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • 1 year or more Client-facing experience 
  • 1 year or more experience within a laboratory environment 
  • Project Management Certification 

 

Additional Job Standards 

  • Strong critical thinking and organizational kills
  • Knowledge of process excellence processes, tools and activities 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively 
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and show managed time experience

**Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO, For more detailed information, click here.
