Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators
1. Project and risk management

Seamlessly delivers on time in full projects of low to high complexities for
o
New product introduction: new development, in-licensing, geo-expansion
o
Product and network optimisation: like to like site transfer, dual sourcing, compliance or regulatory initiatives without any impact to markets (e.g. continuity of supply, commercial and regulatory alignment)

Leads and empowers cross-functional team, ensuring team effectiveness, performance and cohesion
·
Champions the stage/gate process, manage budget and risks
·
Builds strong relationships with stakeholders at operational and leadership levels – internal and external - for effective escalation and decision-making
·
Manages project timelines from creation to completion, providing proactively visibility to project team, and different scenarios to stakeholders
2. System excellency
·
Becomes an expert in using Planview, the iNova project management tool to capture and maintain cost, benefits, resource, milestones and risks.
·
Ensures high quality inputs in the system to enable consistent reporting across workstreams and individuals by proactively maintaining the project KPIs.
3 . Continuous improvement
·
Contributes to the maturation of project management capabilities through post launch review, enhancements to current processes, data and systems.
Identifies, advocates, and implements areas of improvements to increase iNova’s performance
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
·
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/ Healthcare industry, working with multiple geographies
·
Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years being involved with Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Regulatory, Medical functions
·
Experience in launching new product on the marketplace or managing product site transfer, either in R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or through a PMO, in several markets or with several factories/external manufacturers
Project Management Certification (or proven equivalent experience)
