The Project Management Associate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the organization. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of project management principles and a desire to grow their career in this field. The successful candidate will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Support senior project managers in coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the organization and facilitation of project meetings and workshops.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices.
  • Assist with feedback loop between business customer and development / project team.
  • Embed appropriate success metrics throughout project cycle and into hand over to post-project support team.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support project activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the project management field.
