In the Project Manager - Aptura position, you’ll drive the successful execution of design and procurement projects from start to finish. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and scope while coordinating across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. With a focus on precision and efficiency, you’ll lead quoting, procurement, and installation activities—delivering seamless project outcomes that enhance the senior living experience.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

Build industry knowledge to strengthen project execution across senior living design, procurement, and construction.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in construction, design, or procurement
Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 30%
Valid, unexpired driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
Additional Items of Interest:
Advanced knowledge of senior living environments, furnishings, foodservice, equipment, and flooring is preferred
