About the role:
We are looking for an IT applications specialist preferably with experience in implementations of Workiva ESG or Archer GRC to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of applications for various corporate areas, such as the Legal Departments of different business units and the General Secretariat, Quality and Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Digital Area, and Internal Communication, as well as other areas of the organization. The role involves close collaboration with IT teams and other departments to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end IT application implementation projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for the functional areas related to the applications under their responsibility.
- Lead the maintenance of applications for various corporate areas, as well as the implementation of new features and improvements.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure technical issues are resolved and applications and system integrations function optimally.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data managed by the systems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and end users, ensuring needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Participate in the process of identifying solutions and applications based on user needs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar .
- At least 3-4 years of experience in managing IT application implementation and maintenance projects.
- Experience with applications in Workiva -ESG and Archer is desirable.
- Experience with applications developed in WordPress, Appian, or OneTrust environments is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in AI and process automation.
- Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
