We are currently seeking a Project Manager, Accellacare to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager, Accellacare at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing clinical research projects within the Accellacare division, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of studies in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
What you will be doing
Leading and managing the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials within the Accellacare program.
Ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues.
Serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors, investigators, and other stakeholders.
Providing direction and mentorship to project team members to ensure successful trial delivery.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Extensive experience in clinical research and project management, preferably within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results.
