Job Summary:
Service Painting Corp. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee our commercial painting and waterproofing projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Estimate and Bid Projects: Review project requests and prepare accurate bids.
- Budget Management: Develop clear budgets for materials, labor, and other project costs.
- Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality work.
- Project Oversight: Use project management tools to track progress and keep details organized.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with teammates to ensure smooth project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of project costs, materials, and labor in the painting/coatings industry.
- Plan & Document Expertise: Confidence in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and other project documents.
- Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and keeping projects on track.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with project management software and tracking tools.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in calculations and budget planning.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least two years related experience required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
