Project Manager – Residential Construction
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate the HVAC and Plumbing on our construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish
- Build and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
- Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy
- Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety
- Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins
- Liaison between Builder/Client and Technical Manager
- Main point of contact between field teams and builders
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management
- Experience in HVAC/plumbing preferred but not required
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication with both field teams and clients
- Experience with construction software (Service Titan is a plus as well)
- Ability to quickly respond to unexpected changes in the schedule

Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 – $110,000 base salary to the best candidate
- Plus Performance-based bonus
