Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Management and Value & Excellence Trainee to join our team!
Important information:
- 9 months internship (starts on September 2025, ends on June 2026)
- Full time position (40 hours per week)
- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance
Responsibilities - your mission
Project Management team:
Support the Project manager in his responsibilities to achieve the project goal (reporting, timeline management, follow up on open actions, etc)
Identification of risk and opportunities and escalating to the project manager
Follow the project timeline/KPIs and set up follow up actions/meetings on the open topics to meet project deadline
Support efficient communication and stakeholder management
Understand project synergies and support with continuous improvement ideas
Value & Excellence team:
Support the rolling out of a performance management framework that will enable value and efficiency monitoring
Support the Performance Management cycle focusing on data structuring, data gathering, dashboard generation, variance analysis and insight preparation to enable decision making processes
Collaborate in the identification, shaping and rolling out of continuous improvement opportunities
Work in close collaboration with the Business Teams, Tech Hub and Capability center
Enable the transition of responsibilities into the Airbus Portugal ecosystem, ensuring stakeholder management, clear communication and operational continuity
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;
Relevant degree for the area*
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Integrity;
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work with all organizational level, stakeholder management
Language: English - Advanced level
Another European language is a plus
