Train, support and coach Project Managers to apply the Thales Manage Project process & use related tools in their projects
Train, support and coach Offer Solution Engineering Managers to apply the Thales Manage Bid process & use related tools in their bids
Prepare and maintain training materials for Process and Tools trainings
Tailor the Thales Manage Project & Bid Process according to IBS Asia needs
Update the documentation and guidelines according to the requested modifications of the process.
Communicate the latest process and tools information among the Project Managers & Offer Solution Engineering Managers.
Be first point of contact within the P&S Efficiency department for questions about Thales Manage Project & Bid Process
Be a voice of Project Managers & Offer Solution Engineering Managers towards Business Efficiency management about pain points of the project & bid teams when deploying and applying the process.
Participate to projects as PMO for predefined activities to ensure project to follow latest tools and practices.

Min. 3 years of experience in projects management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details and technicalities
Good organizational skills
Strong negotiations & presentation skills
Ability to drive changes
