Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and five (5) years of relevant experience
- Or a master's degree in a relevant discipline and three (3) years of relevant experience
- Or an associate’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Of the required experience, at least three (3) years must be in large and complex projects associated with the U.S. Navy or other DoD programs
- Of the required experience, at least one (1) year must include experience leading project tasks or teams (this can be concurrent with the DoD experience)
- Experience providing hands-on support for project control, including developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
- Demonstrated experience tracking key milestones, analyzing critical paths, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks remain on schedule
- Experience monitoring project resources, including staffing, procurement, and budget expenditures
- Experience compiling project data and preparing detailed status reports, timelines, and briefings for project stakeholders
- Possess a current DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
- Experience supporting project controls, scheduling, or resource management specifically for DOD engineering, prototyping, and fabrication operations
- Proficiency using standard DoD project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar tools)
