Help define and communicate EOPS strategies for EOPS Momentum team, especially to provide project management support to internal stakeholders. Ensure that business and business support practices, procedures, and policies are designed and operate for maximum efficiency of project management support in EOPS Momentum and are in line with Honeywell Aerospace practices and procedures.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities
- Project budget and forecast management for Aerospace internal programs.
- Provide data analysis, metrics, status and reporting to support stakeholders´ decision making.
- Quality + on time delivery of project stakeholders´ requests.
- Communicate and cooperate with finance and other internal teams to implement organizational requirements.
- Maintenance and improvement of the management operating system (MOS). Be a process improvement champion, develop and implement cycle time reduction projects.
- Track and communicate key milestones, tasks and project information to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage labor demand data for internal engineering resources
- Provide process and technical mentoring and coaching (limited)
- Continuous independent enhancement of know-how retention principles, Knowledge Sharing, Lessons Learned
- Build independent analytical support for Leadership decisions and drive tool adoption and digitalization
Key skills and qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project or budget management
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Must be a strong communicator, proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
- Being customer and service oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- University degree in business administration, Engineering or Finance
