Project Management Processes

• Maintain, develop, and continuously optimize project management processes, methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Drive the continuous improvement of project management documentation, templates, and best practices.
• Ensure alignment of project management processes with organizational objectives and industry standards.
• Promote process standardization and operational excellence across all projects.

Project Management Software

• Act as the primary interface between the PMO and IT department regarding project management software and applications.
• Support project managers and stakeholders in the effective use of project management tools.
• Coordinate testing and validation of new software features and enhancements.
• Gather user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management applications.

Project Management Qualifications & Training

• Serve as the key interface to Human Resources for all project management training and qualification topics.
• Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions on project management processes, tools, methodologies, and software solutions.
• Coordinate project management training programs delivered by external training providers and partners.
• Support the development of project management competencies throughout the organization.

Project Management Governance

• Plan, organize, and conduct project governance assessments.
• Organize Project Steering Committee (PSC) meetings at account level and report relevant KPIs.
• Plan, prepare, facilitate, and document Gate Reviews, project kick-offs, and Lessons Learned workshops.
• Conduct regular global awareness sessions to communicate project management updates, changes, and best practices.
• Establish and maintain a global platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange among project management stakeholders.
• Manage regular stakeholder feedback cycles and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.
• Track, analyze, and report project portfolio and departmental KPIs to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• experience as Project Manager, PMO, Project Governance,
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with project management software and digital collaboration tools.
• First experience in facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
• Business level written and verbal communication skills in English.
