Senior PMO Manager – Lead our Project Management Office, ensuring robust governance, portfolio oversight, and consistent delivery practices across the organisation.
Project Management opportunities – Manage critical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
What You’ll Do
Oversee project portfolio management, reporting, and resource allocation.
Develop and implement frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Act as Project Manager for key initiatives when required.
Support teams with guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
Drive project governance and align initiatives with strategic goals.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in PMO leadership or project management roles
Proven experience managing cross functional instrument development projects in life sciences (Project Managing Software projects highly desirable)
Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and resource planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Formal Project Management training (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
