We are seeking a talented professional to define and enhance project management processes within our Product Engineering department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and digitalizing processes, methods, and tools to improve overall operational performance. This role is based in Chennai, India, and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business operations.

Responsibilities
  • To optimize/define new process and methods to drive project management
  • Analyze data on process performance, identify causes of inefficiencies, adopt solutions to continuously improve
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align and implement process changes
  • To use digital tools, including AI tools, to secure the best possible solutions in the least possible time. 
  • Ensure processes established are followed in business execution by conducting audits and/or joining established internal forums
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in a recognized Project Management program
  • 5-10 years of experience, including 3+ years in automobile domain in engineering, project management or related functions.
  • Hands on experience in implementing digital solutions using latest AI tools is desirable.
  • Project Management skills with experience in Commercial vehicle or Automotive OEM is desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to driving operational excellence.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Certification in a recognized Project Management program
  • 5-10 years of professional experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the automobile domain, engineering, project management, or related functions
