Key Responsibilities
Project and Business Execution
- Lead the execution of contracts and project portfolios in line with business objectives, customer expectations, and company standards.
- Ensure achievement of key project deliverables related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, risks, opportunities, claims, variations.
- Drive planning execution and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project performance through agreed KPIs and take corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and support effective resolution of customer and supplier claims.
Erection, Commissioning, Procedures, and Ready to Manufacture
- Provide leadership and oversight for the Erection and Commissioning Supervisor to ensure site execution and commissioning activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure erection and commissioning activities are properly planned, coordinated, and aligned with overall project schedules and customer commitments.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to project execution procedures, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance throughout all project phases.
- Ensure procedures are clearly defined, communicated, and followed across the project team and relevant stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for the Ready to Manufacture function, ensuring all required technical, commercial, planning, and quality conditions are fulfilled before release to manufacturing.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and project teams to secure manufacturing readiness and avoid delays or non-conformances.
- Ensure smooth transition between project design, manufacturing readiness, execution, erection, and commissioning phases.
EHS Leadership
- Take responsibility for rewarding and encouraging team members to proactively address all EHS-related matters in the workplace.
- Participate in hierarchical and team safety visits and lead EHS improvement initiatives.
- Set EHS objectives and measure performance, ensuring EHS contributes directly to the achievement of business objectives.

Educational Requirements / Desired Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or Business.
- Proven experience in Project Management

- Proven ability to manage project financials, execution risks, customer interfaces, team performance, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
