As a Project Management Leader here at Honeywell, you will take charge of overseeing service projects end to end with full P&L responsibilities. You will drive excellence in finance, quality, and customer service, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while meeting business objectives and customer expectations.

You will report directly to our Regional LOB General Manager and you’ll work out of our Portland, ME location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall success and profitability of service projects by managing financial performance, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage service projects from initiation through completion, ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence.
  • Oversee P&L responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and continuously improved across all project phases.
  • Drive superior customer service and satisfaction by managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize project execution and resource allocation.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6 or more years of experience in project management with proven P&L ownership and financial acumen.
  • 6 or more years of experience quality management systems and customer service excellence in project environments.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end service projects including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software for scheduling, resource management, and reporting.

The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000-176,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
