ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Lead to strengthen and elevate our project management capabilities as part of our Marketing department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for guiding teams and driving strategic execution, we would love to hear from you.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing and design project managers to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with overall business strategy
- Independently manage projects, overseeing all phases from conception to successful completion
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of high performance
- Report on project progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing & project management, and at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
