Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

The Action:

As a Project Management Lead, you’ll be the operational counterpart to the Content Lead and the Client Lead, forming a cohesive team of Unit Leads. Together, you’ll manage your unit as if it were your own agency—delivering exceptional client satisfaction, achieving key agency metrics, and fostering a culture of excitement and collaboration. You’ll organize and oversee a wide range of productions—from small-scale shoots to major projects with budgets of €150K+ and retainers up to €1M. Partner with teams to craft outstanding social campaigns and always on content that pushes boundaries and elevates brands. Your unit, serving one or more clients, will focus on producing always-relevant content for clients and keeping at the forefront of social.

As part of the Unit Leads team, you’ll be accountable for your unit’s success, overseeing both daily workflows and long-term strategies. This includes leading your team of one or more project managers, mentoring them to grow in their roles, and supporting other team members to ensure optimal performance and a strong team dynamic. You’ll also be part of a community of Project Managers, collaborating and sharing best practices to drive excellence across the agency.

You as Project Management Lead, have:

• 5–7 years of experience in project management within an agency or production house.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in overseeing internal and external productions (digital and video), collaborating with producers or external agencies.
• Strong client management skills—confidently building relationships, turning challenges into opportunities, and upselling when appropriate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to optimize planning, budgets, and resources for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• A passion for creating work that resonates with audiences and sets industry benchmarks.
• Daily social media use and a keen understanding of digital culture and trends.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment while navigating corporate client structures.
• Fluent in English; written and spoken. Dutch is a plus!
