In this internship, you’ll work side-by-side with the YPP Programme Manager to coordinate and continuously improve a global traineeship programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience across project management, HR processes, digital tools, and stakeholder collaboration- all in an international environment.
What you will do
You’ll take ownership of key coordination and improvement activities, including:
- Supporting the planning and execution of YPP programme and activities.
- Updating and improving programme materials (presentations, templates, communications)
- Reviewing content and proposing enhancements for internal and external YPP communication
- Supporting the planning and delivery of Academy Week
- Contributing to data accuracy and basic reporting (including Power BI where relevant)
- Identifying manual or repetitive steps and suggesting smarter ways of working
- Creating simple onboarding or learning materials (e.g. guides, training content)
- Providing general project coordination support to keep the programme running smoothly
Who you are;
- Are currently enrolled at a Dutch University studying HR, Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
- Are available for a 6-month internship starting in August 2026
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Are comfortable working with data, presentations, and planning tools
- Communicate confidently in English
- Are confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Work independently while knowing when to ask for support
