We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Management Intern to join our Agribusiness team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is eager to learn, contribute innovative ideas, and develop practical experience in project management.
As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with Project Managers and support the Agribusiness team throughout the project lifecycle. You will assist with project coordination, administrative activities, progress tracking, documentation, reporting, and communication to help ensure successful project execution.
This internship will provide hands-on experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. You will develop valuable organizational, analytical, and communication skills while gaining exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. By the end of the internship, you will have built a solid foundation in project management and be well prepared to pursue a career in this field.
Responsibilities:
- Support project documentation and maintain document repositories.
- Track project KPIs and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and follow-up of project activities.
- Participate in team meetings and update project status and action items.
- Organize project templates and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Support administrative and logistics activities related to project delivery. Adhere to all documented PMO process and procedures (DM Manual and related documentation)
